How many Residential Properties?
The Estate is divided into three phases. Only phase three is currently selling and has 20 properties available, three of which are sold.
Phase two has ten properties that will be made available in the near future, and phase one has 17 properties that will also be made available soon.
Home Designs?
Our design guidelines are there to suit your needs. We do have proposed layouts and plans which you can find under Documentation but you are free to add changes as long as the general look and feel of the estate are maintained.
Estate Security?
The Estate is located in the peaceful and historic town of Johannesdal, neighbouring Pniel, with a population of fewer than 300 people. The estate is an open estate that will be secured with a Clearview wall top electric fence.
Plot & Plan?
All properties are available in the form of a Plot & Plan arrangement.
Is Fibre Internet Available in the area?
Unfortunately we don't have Fibre in the area. However, we are working on getting it installed. We don't have a timeline for this yet as certain factors are beyond our control. Current options include VDSL, LTE-A, LTE, Telkom 3G, Roaming 2G and 3G.
Can I use my own Architect and Builder?
You are free to use your own builder. If you need recommendations we can provide you the details of a few reputable builders in the area.
We have two highly skilled architects working on the estate. They will best guide you through the estate guidelines and
help you create your dream home design.
What is the allowed timeframe between purchasing a plot and building your home?

Early buyers and Levies?
